Cranbourne Primary School

The Victorian building you see in the photograph was opened in 1880 and still retains many of the original features including its distinctive belltower. This building, now the junior block, is linked to the more modern infant department by a new "glass" walkway and hall.
Our site benefits from a sports field, a playground, a shallow swimming pool, a fully fenced conservation area and a purpose built sports hall which was opened in December 2000 by H.R.H. The Duke of York.
We have 181 children on roll at present taught within seven classes.
Some homework is sent home regularly to reinforce classwork and children share their school reading book with their family at home
